Does Safety Sector have a hardcopy catalogue?
Yes, you can contact us to request a copy. Our online store will have all the details on the products you need.
Are all prices GST inclusive?
Yes, all the prices on www.safetysector.com.au are GST inclusive.
Does Safety Sector have a store-front? Can I come to your shop and purchase over the counter?
Yes, you definitely can! We are located at 3 Wordie Place Padstow NSW 2211 and the business hours are Monday - Friday 9:30-5:00, (Closed on weekends and public holidays). Cash or Credit card payments are accepted.
Can I pick up an order? Where is the pick-up location?
Pick up is only available for Sydney customers or interstate customers whom are sending their own couriers at the address above. Please contact us before pick up to make sure products are in stock.
Order Information
How long will it take to process my order?
Most order are to be processed and dispatch on the same day if order is received before 11am. For urgent orders, please contact us via telephone to organise same day courier service, available for Sydney metro areas.
How do I place an order?
We accept orders via our online store, email, phone, fax or order in person. We will require you to provide your details such as name, address, email address, and payment options. Please make sure you provide correct phone number and email address when you place the order.
How can I track my order?
Our shipping courier system will automatically send you tracking number to you email address once dispatched. If you require any further information, please contact us at sales@safetysector.com,au.
Can you ship internationally?
Sorry, we are only able to ship to Australia
How do I cancel my order?
Simply email us sales@safetysector.com.au or contact us on (insert phone number). If orders have not yet left our warehouse, full refund can be provided.
Payment Information
What payment methods does Safety Sector accept?
We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, Amex. PayPal and Direct Deposit (EFT) or Company Cheque payments are also welcome.
Is there any surcharge for credit card payment?
No! We have no surcharge for any credit card payment, we believe this is a part of good customer service.
How long does Direct Deposit / Internet Banking take to clear?
Generally 1-2 business days. It sometimes may take up to 3 business days to clear the fund.
Do I need to send a receipt once the direct deposit has been made?
Yes, we recommend you to do this. This will help us to allocate your payment and dispatch the order quicker. Please email remittance to sales@safetysector.com.au
Does Safety Sector accept Personal Cheque as payment?
Sorry, we do not accept personal cheque payments.
Return Policy Information
What is the standard return policy for Safety Sector's products?
Products sold by Safety Sector are supported by our Standard Return Policy (please see shipping and returns page for detailed information) unless otherwise stated. Merchandise under our Standard Return Policy will not be refunded or exchanged after 30 days from the day of order being received or picked-up. Damaged or defective products can be refund or exchanged under company discretion.
Why do I need to send Safety Sector photo of the damaged product?
Uploading digital photos of the damaged goods will assist us with a faster exchange/ refund process.
Approximately how long will a refund / credit actually appears on my bank account?
It takes us approximately 2 business days to process a credit back to your bank account and 2-3 business day for it to appear on your credit card.
